We accept credit and debit cards via Stripe, as well as payments through escrow services. This ensures security and flexibility when making your payment.
How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply search for the domain name you wish to purchase on our website. Once you’ve found the domain, click on it, and follow the easy checkout process to complete your purchase using either your credit/debit card or an escrow service.
Please note: You can’t mix order types in one cart, you may order 1 lease domain per order or multiple buy now domains.
Do you offer refunds?
Since domain names are intangible digital products, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to our support team, and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
If for any reason you don’ receive your domain to your account, we offer 100% refunds.
What happens after I place my order?
After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you paid via credit or debit card, your domain name will be transferred to you with in 24 hours after payment is processed. If you used an escrow service, the domain will be held in escrow until both parties confirm the transaction, ensuring a secure transfer.
Can I change the domain name after purchase?
Unfortunately, once a domain name purchase is complete, it cannot be changed. Please double-check your selection before making the final purchase to ensure it aligns with your brand.
How do I transfer my domain to my account?
Once your payment is processed, the domain name will be transferred to your account. If you use an escrow service, the domain will be released to you once the transaction is confirmed by both parties. We will guide you through the domain transfer process to ensure everything is seamless.
Do you offer assistance with domain transfers?
Yes! If you need help transferring a domain to your registrar, we provide support and guidance throughout the process to ensure that the transfer is smooth and efficient.
Is it safe to purchase a domain through your site?
Yes! We take security very seriously. All payments are securely processed through Stripe, and we also offer escrow services for additional security should you require peace of mind for larger orders.
